AG Moylan’s 3Rs Diversion Project Launches.

Redemption Must Be Earned.

April 6, 2026

Repent, Reform & Respect (“3Rs”). As our Billboard heralds, today the AG Moylan Administration launches the “3Rs Diversion Project,” a pilot project, extending to those persons accused of certain crimes a limited “second chance” to avoid criminal prosecution and potential conviction and jail time. Not everyone will be eligible. Project Penance exercises the People’s prosecutorial discretion through their democratically-elected Attorney General in order to (i) expedite amends and atonement to crime victims (restitution), (ii) reform deviant members of our community, (iii) inject specific “good acts” directed to worthy beneficiary entities, organizations and / or persons (iv) and for supplicants to experience a catharsis to rejoin our community of law-abiding residents. Put simply, persons with talent, capabilities, training and the drive to reform themselves, will contribute those skills and abilities to help others, and help themselves out of the hole they dug themselves into.

General Moylan states, “This 3Rs Diversion Project is by far NOT a fast or easy ‘Get out of Jail Free Card.’ Penitents must be ready to work hard to earn their redemption. It’s a ‘second chance’ to dial back one’s imploding destiny to earn their way back into our community through good acts and hard work.”
