The Family Violence Registry is a site designed to help ensure the safety and well-being of the public by providing any person who utilizes this website an opportunity to obtain information relating to the criminal history records of offenders who have repeated convictions of family, domestic, or dating violence, and/or stalking.

The information contained on this website relating to the offender is public record, and a request to review any of these records can be made at the Judiciary of Guam, Superior Court of Guam.

The goal of the Family Violence Registry is to ensure the public’s safety, provide a greater sense of security to the community, and enhance the community’s awareness by making the information readily available in a central database system that is accessible to the public at no cost. This website will provide the public with a foreknowledge of the offender’s criminal history records on family, domestic or dating violence, and/or stalking, and in some circumstances, criminal sexual conduct and aggravated assault convictions. This information will ensure the public’s protection from repeat offenses, and the prevention of further victimization..

The Office of the Attorney General of Guam has established this website pursuant to Public Law 31-103, entitled the “Family Violence Registry Act”.
