Coming to a Theater Near You! Love Your Kids means Time Together and an afternoon of movies & games strengthening parental bonds with their kids! The AG Moylan Movie Matinee is part of this AG’s legal policy that supports bringing Non-Custodial Parents (“NCPs”) and their kids together. Time spent with one another, even if their parents can’t be together, creates stronger, more successful and well-adjusted children who will become productive members of our Guam community. We continue creating cutting-edge programs.

Despite the closure of many “parent-child fun forums” on Guam, this AG & our team of legal professionals works the problem to reach solutions. Here, we engage NCPs with their children to achieve important goals of fostering love and success for kids from Guam’s broken homes. One of our greatest problems is parents’ absence. Showing their kids love by spending time with them helps. This Saturday, February 21, 2026, starting at 1:30, the AG Moylan Administration is hosting, in coordination with the federal Access and Visitation Program, Admin. for Children & Families (Dept. HHS), an interactive Micronesia Mall movie matinee event and mall games and activities designed to bond NCPs together with their kids engaging in an afternoon of interaction, fun and positive memories with one another.  Socializing parental and cultural values, mores and education underpins our Access and Visitation Program, and this AG Moylan Movie Matinee begins an important monthly event. 

With the AG Moylan’s “Golden Ticket,” NCPs take photos with their children in a photo booth, a chance to interact with each other enjoying popcorn and their favorite beverages watching A Minecraft Movie, and interacting with an afternoon of fun games at the Micronesia Mall.
