THE AG MOYLAN PURGE . . . IS HERE

As this AG Moylan’s term closes Year 3, and enters its final 12 months, we are “amping it up” and focusing on not just putting repeat offenders and meth addicts in prison so as to protect us, but finding every way possible to deport anyone who chooses to hurt us.  Look to social media for our Purge Reels launching today showcasing 110 of “the deported” and “in-process deportees” criminal aliens from AG Moylan’s inauguration to date.  Our reels will continue to the end of AG Moylan’s term in office.

The AG Moylan Purge (The Purge) makes our citizens and non-citizen residents safer.  Working closely with DHS’ ICE, our police / law enforcement officers & Judges, DOC, and in some cases defense attys., we use Federal laws, local laws and this AG’s prosecutors and paralegals’ authority to tactically prosecute and creatively settle cases in ways to remove criminals hurting us out of Guam and quickly back to their origin countries.  Common sense, practical considerations and thinking out of the box can and has made us safer today than before I took office.  Saving money, and preventing future crimes also supports The Purge.  It’s not over.  12 more months of focused attacks upon criminals will conclude this 1st and 6th democratically-elected AG Moylan’s term as our Chief Law Enforcement Officer.
